Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items. However, if your gloves arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement or refund.
Exchanges are accepted on unused items. Buyer covers return shipping.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, if your order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. Please double check your details before confirming checkout.
